A major strength of the Certrax business is the diversified background of the Board and the management team, as well as that of our non-management investors. We are not consultants but more a business built on management experience obtained by holding senior executive line management positions, in various countries, ranging from small real estate businesses to large multinational financial institutions. All of the team have significant risk management experience and are used to making key risk based decisions; we understand the responsibility and the exposure that comes with that responsibility
Brian O’Keefe, CEO and co-founder of Certrax, has over 30 years of experience auditing and resolving real estate related compliance / regulatory issues. For 25 years Brian ran O’Keefe Associates, a business focused on providing real estate related regulatory compliance services as well as resolving troublesome issues between management, Govt. agencies (filing permits and certificates, representing clients at hearings, resolving violations, etc). Brian is responsible for the overall performance and strategy execution of the Certrax business, all sales and marketing initiatives and client on boarding.

Robert has over 30 years of experience working in the Information and technology industry, of which the last 11 years have been specifically focused on the evolution of risk management technology capabilities. Robert has responsibility for all internal Certrax operations, including IT program development, execution of client services and finance. Robert has been instrumental in the concept, design and implementation of Certrax’s Information Technology capabilities.

Neil has over 30 years of investing, operating, M&A, finance and risk management responsibilities working in Singapore, Hong Kong, the UK, the USA and Australia. His last 20 years have been spent working in the real estate funds management sector, including 13 years of experience assessing / approving billions of dollars of real estate transactions (core to opportunistic) as well as providing fund and investment level strategic advice.
Neil has been responsible for development of global/regional products across the risk spectrum, including execution of product and marketing documentation, oversight of commercial product terms, client side letter negotiations and co-ordination with capital raising teams. |
